An imaged species of non-carbon based organism that are formed from moutain rocks. 

In their infant stage they appear as animated rock formations that residents on mountain cliffs, functioning as ambuse predators that prey off of avians as they wait for the next stage of their life cycle.

At their adult stages, they detach themselves from the clifs, becomes mobile and grow platforms from the middle of their shell, roams the mountains for more matters to consume.
